Anthony possesses a Business Degee in Real Property Valuation and Administration from the University of Queensland - Gatton Campus in 1991. Following initial employment with the Department of Lands in Rockhampton and Mackay, Anthony was registered as a Rural and Urban Valuer in July 1994. Following this, diverse experience has been gained with the State Valuation Service, Herron Todd White Valuers, ACVAL and his own practice as a sole operator.
In 2005 Anthony joined the Mackay / Whitsundays JLA practice, is now managing director and is based in the Townsville office.

Bob Noakes has more than 40 years of experience in his career as a Valuer With the Queensland Lands Department, Australian Taxation Office, Australian Valuation Office and Herron Todd White. Bob was registered as a Valuer in Queensland in 1973 and obtained Associate membership with the API (then the Commonwealth Institute of Valuers) in 1974. For the last 20 years Bob has lived and worked in Townsville. His local knowledge and experience has played a key role in the new JLA Townsville office which opened at the start of 2007.

Peter Geary joined John Logan and Associates in February 2006 working as a valuer in the Mackay Whitsunday regions. He completed a Bachelor of Business in Property Studies at the University of Queensland, Gatton College in 1993. In 1998 he commenced employment with AcVal Turner Valuers in Emerald and was registered in February 2002, undertaking mostly residential mortgage security work. He left AcVal Turner Valuers in 2005 to take up a position with the Australian Valuation office in Darwin where he completed property related work for all three tiers of Government that is local, Territory and Federal. He has exposure to many residential markets throughout Central Queensland covering an area South to Town of 1770, North of Cardwell, West to Longreach and many of the coastal towns between these locations.
