The population of Gladstone stands at approximately 31,000 and is located some 550 kilometres by road north of Brisbane and 100 kilometres south-east of Rockhampton. The city is situated between the Calliope River to the north and the Boyne River some 14 kilometres to the south. Between the two river mouths lies the deep water harbour for which the city owes its existence. The harbour is protected by a low island to the east called Facing Island and to the north by Curtis Island.
The City of Gladstone contains a land area of 128 square kilometres. In addition to the mainland area, the Local Authority Area contains fourteen (14) islands as well as part of Curtis Island. |

Our standard radius covers the area of Gladstone City only. The areas located within the townships of Calliope, Benaraby, Boyne Island, Tannum Sands are generally serviced only once or twice per week depending on demand. Locations outside these areas are covered less frequently. Every endeavour is made to inspect properties with the minimum of delay without compromising the turnaround expectations of other properties.

Experience Summary:
Julie has been fortunate to benefit from experience gained via employment with the Queensland Valuer’s General Department working in a number of locations throughout Queensland. This has provided Julie with a working knowledge of a broad area of coastal and inland Queensland.
Julie opened the Gladstone office of John Logan & Associates about June 1990 and covered the Gladstone, Calliope, Rockhampton and Biloela areas. The Gladstone Practice has been active in providing a professional and efficient service within this progressive, regional area of coastal Queensland. Julie has provided assessments for compensation purposes for both the private and public sector and is active in servicing the residential finance sector over a wide geographical area. JLA Gladstone now services the needs of diverse real estate types.
